The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your Role and Responsibilities
1) Accountable for the end-to-end regional separations processing delivered in compliance with all relevant legal/financialand company policy/procedures.
2) Execute daily operations, Interact with company's employees and ex
- employees, providing information during their Offboarding process, working on different tools, maintaining weekly and monthly reports.
3) Initiate continuous improvement opportunities in delivery processing focused on identifying non-value add steps to be eliminated, steps to be simplified and automated in an effor to improve the employee/manager experience.
4) Interact with key stakeholders like country HR leaders, ER/LR teams and counterparts in the upstream and downstream processes.
5) Ensure timely business reports, issue logs and trackers are produced.
6) Display a proactive behaviour with the ability to meet deadlines while in compliance to policy and process guidelines.
7) Work in a collaborative manner, display flexibility, respond positively in a changing environment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1) Experience in HR operations, preferably multi-region.
2) Experience in understanding and documenting desk procedures and processes.
3) Demonstratable experience of process optimization initiatives in HR processing.
4) Excellent English communication skills with experience in managing global stakeholders.

1) Familiar with HCM on Workday and SAP
