- **Understanding of OSI model, in particular Layer 2 Switching and Layer 3 routing**:

- **Ability to oversee development and quality control of test plan**:

- **Ability to oversee planning, execution, and quality of test plans**:

- **Ability to create/define both internal and customer-facing quality and schedule reports**:

- **Ability to create/define internal cost and schedule reports**:
