We are looking for a **Network Integration Manager** to work alongside professional services, support, engagement managers, and customer success to help provide clients with a seamless carrier onboarding experience for our Last Mile product. You will manage a portfolio of carrier integration projects, both in-network and out-of-network, meeting agreed timelines and maximizing customer satisfaction. It is key in this role to have technical integration skills paired with a strong customer-facing presence.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Facilitate standard project management methodology for all carrier onboardings, including, but not limited to:
- Provide estimated timelines for each integration.
- Provide ongoing status updates to customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead scoping and kick-off calls when applicable - remote sessions designed to obtain full scope, expectations, and timeline for a carrier integration.
- Attend weekly customer syncs when applicable - weekly calls with customers to review progress, obstacles, upcoming tasks, etc. Weekly status to be logged within Salesforce reporting
- Post-implementation hyper care - ensure the implementation is a success, before transitioning the account to our customer success team
- Work with customers and carriers throughout onboarding to gather all technical requirements, test, and validate integration in production.
- Collaborate with internal engineering team on any integration buildout, testing, and production deployment.
- Create, update, and distribute documentation on standards and best practices for carrier integrations with project44.
**Requirements & Preferred Skills**
- Must have English language skills
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in:
- System integrations/implementations, or
- Supply chain/logistics technology integrations
- Experience working with JIRA, Postman, Zendesk, AWS, and Excel
- Software and/or supply chain experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
- Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
- Strong investigation and troubleshooting skills with a solution mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills
- Responsible for multiple onboarding projects at once, with varying stages of implementation; must be highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
