The Network Country Manager is a key member of the WTW global community. In addition to managing the international incoming accounts and service delivery to the Multinational Clients as part of their day-to-day job, they provide leadership and connectivity on a local and global level, drive the highest quality service on a consistent basis to Multinational Clients and champion the use of the best practices and service guidelines outlined within WTW. It is also a resource and internal / external point of leadership, accountability and escalation to help ensure a smooth client experience.
**The Role**
- Develop effective communication practices with the coordinating offices to ensure that client service instructions are communicated and executed correctly, and questions and issues are addressed promptly
- Address promptly and effectively any local service issues that may arise
- Representing the needs of WTW and of Multinational Clients in Costa Rica
- Being an active member of the WTW global community
- Being a go-to contact for questions relating to multinational business
- Promoting talent development via training / knowledge-sharing
- Sharing market intelligence with their local country and line of business leaders and colleagues who handle multinational business to ensure best-in-class quality of work
- Provide the service delivery to local clients, ensuring that the Local / Servicing Office is following all WTW Multinational Client handling best practices
- Assisting in and facilitating growth of both the Incoming Book of Business and the Outgoing Book of Business
- Partner with Global Services and Solution Coordinating / Referring Offices and local colleagues to seek out and deliver new client and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain book of business data highlighting the activities and trends relating to Global Services and Solutions Multinational Clients in their country / region and provide reports to the Global Services and Solutions Corporate team leadership
- Ensure that new and expanded client wins are documented to Global Services and Solutions leadership included into reports
- Attend MN prospect, new client meetings in collaboration with the client facing team as appropriate
**The Requirements**
- University degree with relevant course work and/or applicable professional experience
- Preferably 2 years experience with global/multinational insurance programs and proven track record of delivering excellent levels of client service
- Customer Focus: dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients and maintaining effective relationships with the same
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with colleagues throughout the group including senior leaders
- Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources to produce solutions for clients and the business
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple priorities
