You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
**How you will contribute**
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

- Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred (All majors accepted; Human Resources, Business, Finance or others related areas)
- Experience with Compensation Administration (1-2 years) preferred; Experience in managing big amounts of data in electronic worksheets and ERP systems is required (e.g. Workday).
- Experience working in different time zones/global org; Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills (critical); High Proficiency in Excel (critical); Strong accuracy and attention to detail (critical); Spanish/English language fluent, multi-lingual with strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluent (Portuguese is a differential); Strong customer service orientation; Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload; High operational excellence
- Experience managing salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis is preferred; Experience supporting mid-size projects is required.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps is desired.
**Main responsabilities**:
- Work for a user-friendly experience by tracking metrics and maintaining service level agreements. Responsible for providing Compensation guidance to the employees within their defined scope, and responding to all inquiries within service level agreements. - Support the annual salary and ad hoc survey delivery with vendor (request PO/GRs; make sure payments are on track). Generate staticals data and investigate/raise potential issues on case mgmt within Reporting Team
- Monitor and when needed update the Americas Comp Sharepoint tools. Monitor Comp process Control Points for NA/LA (QA Framework). Serve as SOP master for the team. Creates and maintain internal documentaion up to date (SOPs, SSDs, PM, RACF)
- Run standard and ad hoc reports as needed. Drafts and sends year end communications to inform managers that compensation statements are ready. Prepares data for year-end templates and performs user acceptance testing in the comp planning tool per test scripts. Prepares payroll files for salary increases such as Supplemental Overtime and Below Min Range or any adhoc increases needed by the business or trigger merit activation. Run standard and ad hoc reports and analysis as needed to validate merit eligible population as well as overall NA population over the year and during Year End Cycle.

**Education / Certifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, and related fields.
