**MS Dynamics 365 / CRM Consultant**
Our client is focused on solving the massive CO2, smoke, soot and ash that is being added to our environment every day.
They have solved this problem by turning the valueless field trash into biochar, a carbon-rich, soil enhancing amendment produced from agricultural waste.
Their biochar production facility in Costa Rica will capture waste heat during the production process and convert the heat into 55 megawatts (MW) of carbon-negative electrical energy.
Because of their exponential growth to help solve this ever growing problem they need to add to their growing team specifically add to their IT core services to support this growth.
Our IT team is growing and is currently looking for a
**Responsibilities**:
***
- Partner with the business to understand their needs and work with them to define requirements and demonstrate the Dynamics capabilities in order to implement the best solution.
- Help to design, develop, and support a Customer Service Agent Desktop within Dynamics 365.
- On Prem and Remote Hardware Integrations for principles located on prem and remote in the USA
- Lead discussions with various users across the business, along with other IT areas and 3rdparty vendors.
- Operate as a mentor and lead within our growing IT team.
- Defines and analyzes software requirements to determine specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with testing team on resolution of identified defects.
**This is a contract to hire and / or full time role that is onsite/hybrid in our San Jose, Costa Rica Office
- Torre Universal, Urbanizacion Coln, San Jos, Costa Rica) The rate is paid is USD at a rate of $55-75 hour**
**Required Skills**:

- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience (preferably cloud based Dynamics 365)
- 8+ years of IT related engineering /buildout/ integration experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and finding solutions to solving them
- **Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish****:
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service-oriented
- Working knowledge and experience with Power Platform, PowerBI, and SQL Server is a big plus
- Prior experience leading implementation or upgrades is also a plus
- Experience preparing training and support materials and delivering training in various formats including classroom, one-on-one, and remote
- Willingness to function in multiple roles throughout the design, development, and implementation process.
- Experience with custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes, tasks, actions, etc.
**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with various data sources, integration mechanisms, and security and best practices for them within Dynamics 365 and the related Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps, both defining and implementing processes and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Related Microsoft certifications (or a willingness to pursue those certifications)
