Manufacturing Product Engineering (MPE) team sits at the cross-section of manufacturing, design, and quality at Intel.

The Costa Rica Validation Lab Engineering (CRVLE) is a group within MPE that enables laboratory capacity for several engineering groups in Costa Rica, optimizing Intel CR productivity by leveraging collocation and working as One Intel.

**As Planning Technician, the person will be responsible for**:
- Supports scheduling activities creates plans and follow on shifty basis the performance and compliance of the plan.
- Execute at tactical level in support of organizational objectives, in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Partners with Planning Engineering Team to ensure on time and effective Power On's, Scheduling and Plan Control activities.
- Provides supports to process cycle time validations, supports to Planning BTS data gathering, runs queries and generates information for Planning Process.
- Supports IC Room Tier2 activities.
- Support routines related to Utilization and Availability Deliverables.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- High School completed.
- Mid-Level MS Office knowledge, specially Excel.
- 1+ year of experience, especially in manufacturing and planning operations.
- Intermediate English level.
- Willing to work during weekends and nights.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Technical Degree or Diploma.
- Active student of bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, industrial production, business administration, customs administration, international commerce, or related field.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Macros, algorithms and/or mathematical functions; Pivot and Dynamic tables programing and Power BI).

Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue.
We deliver comprehensive pre-production test suites and component/physical debug capabilities to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.
**Work Model for this Role**
This role will require an on-site presence.
