We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team.
You are excited to put them to the test executing world-class creative.
Expertise in motion design is essential to this role, but we'll take your experience in other areas of content creation, too.
You'll be a trusted consultant throughout the creative process, from conceptualization to execution and delivery.
That said, the work isn't all on you—you'll have the guidance and mentorship of a team of producers, directors, editors, and more, allowing you to collaborate and grow in your role.

**In this role, you will**:
- Bring the ideas and vision of our creative department(s) to life
- Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms across various lines of business
- Be capable of taking and implementing feedback
- Produce versions of content that demonstrate awareness of the content's intended end use and resolve potential problems ahead of time
- Collaborate and build relationships within the Wander team, as well as across other agency disciplines and offices
- Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
**What are we looking for?

**You should have**:
- English Proficiency (B2 reading, writing, and conversation)
- 2+ years of experience in motion design
- A strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos
- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Problem solving capabilities and an openness to learning the newest tools
- An eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
**It's a plus if you have**:
- Experience in Cinema 4D and other industry-standard motion & video software is favourable
