**About the role**:
As a **Mid IT Support **, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones, making informed decisions to ensure efficient problem resolution.

**Our Requirement**:

- Intermediate technical background or a minimum of two years of experience in software support.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support global operations.
