**About the role**:
As a **_Senior Business Analyst_**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze existing insurance workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Gather and document business requirements for new or enhanced insurance systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
**Our Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience working in the insurance industry is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred.
