**About the Role**:
As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will lead initiatives to improve the experience of our merchant partners, as well as drive improvements in financial, operational and marketplace OKRs.
**What you'll do**:
- Tackle sophisticated process/strategy challenges linked to our merchant lifecycle and leverage internal networks where needed
- Lead implementation and project management of merchant lifecycle process improvements, regularly reviewing performance
- Implement complex data analysis/modeling and presentation
- Enable data-backed decisions to the business senior stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by building close relationships with global and local partners across operations, commercial, marketing, customer support, product, policy and legal
**What you'll need**:
- 3-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, risk or similar fields
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
Critical thinking and analytical rigor, as you will be dealing with data (reports, experiments) and scaling processes
- Communication: English professional proficiency.
Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team.
Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities.
Maintain healthy working relationships, even in disagreement
- Executional Excellence: Ability to successfully handle and prioritize complex operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Planning & Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation
- Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Project management experience
