What You Will Achieve
Your expertise and skills will help Pfizer to continue building a robust compliance culture and controls to manage its MAPP related transactions. You will ensure all transactions are managed to the highest compliance standards and delivered in a timely and accurate manner. You will complete all compliance checks, create E-Pays and submit any approvals in the workflow system for
review/approvals.
As a MAPP Analyst, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between stakeholders.

How You Will Achieve It
- Receive, review, and document all transactions assigned to you
- Ensure MAPP transactions assigned to you are in compliance with MAPP policy, Country Annex, Country Profile, SOP and MAPP Standards.
- Ensure all information is properly documented in MAPP Navigator, Ariba, Aravo, Reltio and any other system needed according to the stablished process
- Hold interactions with MAPP Center colleagues, business colleagues, healthcare professionals and external organizations when needed.
- Work with Legal and Local Compliance to get approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation when needed.
- Ensure proper contracting documentation, accurate fair market value (per applicable FMV calculator) and the HCP meet all requirements according to the MAPP Policy, Country Annex, Country Profile, SOP and MAPP Standards.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and French is a must.
- Strength with multitasking and ensuring accurate detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and to handle several activities at once.
- High level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility.
- A "Can Do" positive attitude.
- Highly compliance, customer and service minded.
- Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have
- Pharmaceutical industry or contracts experience
- Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative with limited oversight
- Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of compliance controls.
- Understanding of MAPP Policy terms and healthcare compliance policies.
