Why Patients Need YouYour contribution will allow the US market to keep working on medical, scientific, and philanthropic initiatives in compliance with the MAPP (Policy Anti-Corruption) to bring breakthroughs that change patient's lives.What You Will AchieveYour work will help Pfizer complying with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption internal policy and address bribery and corruption risks in our interactions with healthcare professionals, medical associations, and other business parties, contributing to our culture of ethics and integrity.How You Will Achieve ItEnsure compliance with MAPP policy as well and Country Annexes, Country Profiles, and other policies related to healthcare professionals, medical associations, and business parties' engagements.Ensure all information is properly documented in MAPP Navigator/Engagement+, Ariba, Aravo, Reltio, and any other system needed according to established process.Ensure payment information is properly documented in MAPP Navigator/Engagement+, Ariba BOD, and any other system needed according to established procedures.Ensure proper contracting documentation and accurate fair market value (per applicable FMV calculator) meet all requirements according to the MAPP Policy, Country Annex, Country Profile, SOP, and MAPP Standards. Ensure contracts, and funding confirmation letters are properly signed off before engagements.Create payments, monitor progress, handle unexpected situations, and register payments in MAPP Navigator/Engagement+ (payments are created for HCPs, medical associations and other third parties) within expected times.Create and maintain vendors in MDGS and Ariba, and the respective follow ups as needed.Support market colleagues with inquiries regarding payments (vendor, invoice, payment, payment blocks or rejections, among others).Follow up with markets on event confirmation, invoice upload, incorrect/due invoice, among others to complete payments within expected times.Liaise with Legal and Local Compliance to get approvals for exceptions and recommendations for questionable documentation.Support with system issues troubleshooting for transactions, creating tickets, and following up with technical team.Keep an assertive, professional, and respectful communication with internal stakeholders from different hierarchies (GBS colleagues, MAPP colleagues, Initiators, Product Leads, Category Leads, Medical Directors, Compliance Leads, Legal Department, Finance and Country Managers).Create creative and interactive training material for new users as well as to refresh processes and key concepts among experienced users.Completing transactions status reports.Follow up with markets on pending open tasks, policy deviations, event confirmation, reconciliation requirements, among others, to ensure a thorough E2E process.Participating on team activities to keep the JOY and celebrate our EXCELLENCE and COURAGE.QualificationsMust-HaveTeam playerDetail orientedFluency in EnglishCompliance orientedExcellent analytical skillsAbility to learn and adapt fastExcellent customer service skillsBachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on own initiative with limited oversightProficiency in MS (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work under pressure handling several activities at onceAble to work on an ambiguity and fast-paced change environmentGood organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility with a "can do" attitudeNice-to-HavePrevious MAPP experienceFCPA terms understandingCompliance controls understandingAriba knowledge (to create payments)MDGS knowledge (to read vendor master data)SAP knowledge (to investigate failed payments)Although this position offers working from work flexibility, it is required for the selected colleague to live in Costa Rica to perform the job.
