**Job Summary**:
This role is responsible for the coordination of ZimVie Institute medical education events within the U.S. The role comprises the routing, tracking and reporting on all aspects of ZimVie Institute medical education events. These events require close collaboration and communication with ZimVie Institute team and Faculty team members and health care professionals. Additional responsibilities include providing support to the greater medical education team for non-regional education activities.

**Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)**
- Coordinate the engagement and presentations of HCP ZimVie Faculty
- Support the successful execution of other ZimVie Institute education events as needed
- Track and report on key education activity metrics
- Financial reposting of course costs as well as reimbursements for HCP Faculty
- Oversee venue selection, event registration and attendance tracking, travel and lodging accommodations and other administrative activities to ensure a comprehensive positive education experience with our clients
- Record and manage Continuing Education (CE) certificates related to education courses
- Must be able to coordinate and schedule multiple personnel for multiple locations
- Must be able to work with Anatomical Materials
**Education/Experience Requirements**
- Must have High School Diploma or General Education Diploma equivalent.
- Associate Degree in technical field or previous experience in peri-operative setting required
- Passion for service excellence

**Experience**:
- Events, hospitality, or other coordinator roles: 2 years (required)
