**Job Summary**:
This role is responsible for the coordination of regional medical education events within the U.S., Canada and Latin America. The role comprises the coordination, tracking and reporting on all aspects of market-based (local to area) medical education events. These events require close collaboration and communication with field-based team members and health care professionals. Additional responsibilities include providing support to the greater medical education team for non-regional education activities.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the successful execution of field-based rep-led education events
- Coordinate the successful execution of instructor (healthcare professional) led education events
- Support the successful execution of other corporate medical education events as needed
- Assist with venue selection, event registration and attendance tracking, travel and lodging accommodations and other administrative activities to ensure a comprehensive positive education experience with our clients
- Record and manage Continuing Education (CE) certificates related to education courses

**Education/Experience Requirements**
- 2-3 years in events, hospitality, or other coordinator roles
