RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others; identifying, initiating, and managing projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results
Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
Provide and support and manage the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
Day-to-day direction to Sysco business services.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
Delegates work and coordinates activities of staff members and teams.
Make certain that the team maintains a mindset for continuous improvement and adheres to established methodologies to improve master data-related processes and systems.
Directs and supports the development of metrics to assesses the performance of the SBS data services group relative to individual/team productivity and stakeholder expectations.
Partner with business technology and roadmap projects to develop master data management (MDM) plan, tool selection(s) and implementation(s).
Management, supervision, training, and development of the data services team.
Leading, developing, and supporting staff
Supports recruiting, staffing, training, and onboarding processes as appropriate.
Performance management
Oversees time management processes (e.g., time approval, scheduling, etc.).
Review key processes, identify gaps between customer/service agreement requirements and current outputs, solicit input from team members and stakeholders, implement solutions and evaluate impact.
**Requisitos**:
Education
**Required**: High School Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with business, supply chain, or information systems related.
Experience
7 years progressive related experience plus at least 3 years of management and/or project lead experience with responsibility for customer, vendor and/or material data integrity.
Previous experience with ERP, MDM, or other proprietary data management systems
Experience with centralized or shared services delivery model Previous experience in a large organization is preferred
Professional Skills
Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
