Mass Ops Migration Analyst

Perform contract migrations and reports for department management under direct supervision.
**What you´ll do**
- Ability to identify problems experienced by users, utilizing problem-solving skills
- Progress through resolution, and effectively communicates the resolution to the requestor
- Identify opportunities (based on the type of issues reported) to provide "refresher" training and/or updates to current documentation.
- Creates Release Notes for Business Unit Manager fixes moving to Production

**What experience you need**
- 6 months of experience in a Back office or call center environment
- English level B2+/C1

**What could set you apart**
- Knowledge advanced excel
- Formulas like vlookup, Hlookup, if, countif, sumif, Pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Working with large amounts of data (i.e., 50,000+ rows and multiple columns)
- Ability to compare different data sets and merge data as needed.
