As a Client Technical Specialist, you will be working independently and within groups, consulting with our clients to realize their project goals, configure the parameters and schedule the services needed to execute the processing and deliver results to the client.

**What you'll be doing**
Work directly with Experian sales and clients to create targeted audiences and drive activation to a wide variety of destinations.
- Work directly with Experian sales teams and clients to understand and fulfill client requests.
- Design targeted audiences using a variety of data including Experian, first and third party data.
- Utilize Experian dedicated software to create targeted audiences and activate at different destinations.
- Follow Experian Security guidelines in management of clients' sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements for projects.
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned projects.
- Provide targeting recommendations and answer data, tool and process questions for external clients.
**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical processing environment. Technical Bachelor's degree in progress or complete.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing or with Agency preferred. (campaigns, Audience engine, digital creations and activations, data analysis, etc...)
- Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills within open systems environments.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing channels
