Drive execution of point of sale and signage initiatives by working collaboratively with other business units and various marketing vendors.
- Tracks, evaluates, and measures the effectiveness and efficiency of the key Point-of-Sale (POS) programs, makes recommendations for continuous improvement to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for WU, VIGO and OV Retail Network.
- Manages the digital unit program and interior/exterior signage programs.
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials - external and internal brand.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as corridor and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- You will execute the North America Retail POS Plan, which plays a pivotal part in creating brand awareness at the point of sale and ultimately driving conversion.
- Work with sales team to create and coordinate programs, projects, and planograms focused on increasing brand awareness and sell-through in retail environments.
- As part of your role, you will utilize project management skills to track and execute the development of each project from inception to completion within agreed-upon timeframes, receiving approval from all appropriate parties.
- Develop, execute, and monitor Digital Units content management across WU, VIGO, and OV Brands.
- You will collaborate with our vendors to achieve efficiencies and effectiveness of our retail marketing budget.
**Requirements**:
- +2 years' merchandising or marketing experience (retail or digital).
- Organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with internal/external vendors
- Merchandising/signage experience
