Assist Global Demand marketing team with planning and completion of projects.
- Take direction and accountability in execution of work and tasks assigned and is detailed in execution and follow-up.
- To keep self-direction while keeping chain of command and stakeholders informed.
- Send class invitations and follow up on any invite not received.
- Provide registration information required by stakeholders, including vendors, and follow up on any changes needed.
- Daily reporting of class registration advancement.
- Track registrations and crosscheck with different data sources

- Marketing professional with minimum 2-3 years of experience on Technology Industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs usage (Outlook and the ability to do scheduling in Calendar, Excel, WORD. Powerpoint).
- Zoom proficiency
