**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING DEPLOYMENT EXECUTIVE**

**FUNCTION**: Marketing

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Support the management of the brands owned or licensed by the company, as well as coordinate the implementation and analysis of Insights projects to provide meaningful recommendations to support the Marketing decision making process.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support in the execution of the activities stipulated in the brand plan, in line with IMS and external regulations to ensure the brand objectives are achieved.
- Monitor and analyse trade insights, consumer insights and competitor information to provide an accurate focus to the brand deployment plan.
- Report activities, recommendations, deployment plan, evaluations and status in the cycle plan meeting.
- Implement the Point of Purchase strategy according to OC+ and to the channel type as agreed with the area TM&D team to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of brand communication.
- Participate in budget simulations and volume-SOM projection for competition to understand the impact that the MKT Insights investment has on the business, as well as in the simulations for estimating competition volumes.
- Coordinate and provide all necessary materials for the appropriate implementation of Marketing Insights Projects in the market, to guarantee that the projects are implemented with the right materials.
- Provide to the Area Marketing Insights Team timely and objective feedback for all projects implemented in the end market, including the assessment of the agencies that supply such services, to guarantee opportune corrections in the implementation and ensure the accomplishment of research's objectives.
- Promote and present at different key forums carried out in the market (local cycle plan meeting) main findings and conclusions from research studies, to provide insights to the local management team to take relevant decisions

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have international brand development experience?
- Are you proactive and passionate about marketing?
- Do you have a fluent English level?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineer.
- +2 years' experience working with FMCG's.
- Commercial knowledge.
- Project management knowledge, analytical and communication skills, statistical techniques understanding.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate and deliver value added analysis results and insights.
- Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation.
- Impact and influence skills.
- High level knowledge on Microsoft Office (i.e. powerpoint and excel)
- Information seeking and analytical thinking.
- _ Bilingual (B2 English level required)_
