Here, you will make an impact by:- Implement changes that will impact internal processes on behalf of the team.- Support integration efforts across both supporting and consuming business systems as needed.- Your Skills and Expertise- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests- Flexible and detail oriented- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to attend to daily stand-up meetings with the scrum team virtually.- Minimum Qualifications:- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Associates degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or similar with at least 4 years of relevant experience or- Batchelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or similar with at least 3 years of experience.- At least 3 years of experience or knowledge with one or more of the following:- Database management- PHP development- Elasticsearch- Apache Spark- Javascript/Vue- Scala- Fluent in English (B2+)- Preferred Qualifications:- Proven history of continuous education of best practices and skills related to this role- A willingness to learn- An ability to effectively communicate and to educate others is a plus- Experience working with enterprise PIM, DAM or ERP systems and processes- Supporting Your Well-being- 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
