4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels- Manage a team of merchandisers that will build standard onsite campaigns and detail pages for Devices' Events, homepage marketing campaigns, new product launches, evergreen campaigns, and other marketing initiatives that arise.- Become an expert on marketing build tasks so that they can support execution as needed and help team troubleshoot when they encounter issues.- Serve as the key point of contact in Costa Rica to manage in-country team logistics — such as setting up time sheets and planning around local holidays — and communicating with management about them as needed.- Proactively offer recommendations to strengthen MBA's standard operating procedures (SOPs) as the team develops expertise in different marketing tasks.- Manage work back schedules to ensure that all deliverables are met according to the timelines required, and escalate blockers or capacity bottlenecks to management as they appear.- Report out to management team on team performance and build metrics.- Contribute first-hand experiences during retrospectives and deep dives focused on marketing build processes.- Manage team members' performance, including cultivating superpowers and coaching through growth areas.- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
