**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support marketing managers and stakeholders throughout the entire campaign process, ensuring best practices and making recommendations as needed.
- Support integration of marketing automation tools and processes to grow and enrich the marketing contact database and actively participate in governance efforts to maintain database health and compliance.
- Track, monitor, and report campaign performance activities and provide insights.
- Ensure brand compliance per Emerson Global branding guidelines and adhere to standards and processes to keep projects moving forward.
- Review, test, and publish campaign assets within the expected timeframe.
Edit assets as needed to ensure the campaign meets its targeted objectives.
- Stay current with the latest marketing automation trends, software certifications, and other trainings needed to perform at a high level.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems or Computer Science.
Or have proven experience and capabilities to execute the duties and responsibilities listed above.
- +2-3 years of digital marketing experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation software, or strong aptitude to quickly become proficient in Eloqua, ON24, and other software as needed.
- Database management and CRM experience is a plus.
- Proficient using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with others in-person or virtually in a face paced environment.
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills in English.
**Working Conditions**
Working five day per week in a schedule from 8am to 5pm.
The employee has the benefit of Remote Office up to three days per week, following a probationary period of employment and at the managers discretion.
At this point traveling is not required, however this can change.
This person will report locally to the Marketing & Campaign Supervisor and report directly to the Global Marketing Director for Emerson Automation Solutions Platform.
