**Job Purpose
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating, launching, and tracking, permission marketing communications activities and digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
Includes the development of digital marketing assets, internal and external communications, customer segmentation, testing, and performance analytics.
- Support marketing managers and stakeholders throughout the entire campaign process, ensuring best practices and making recommendations as needed.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and industry leaders to promote Events and Trade Shows using marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, ON24, and other software.
- Develop strategies to grow and enrich the marketing contact database and actively participate in governance efforts to maintain database health and compliance.
- Track, monitor, and report campaign performance activities and provide insights.
- Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring brand compliance per Emerson Global branding guidelines and adhering to standards and processes to keep projects moving forward.
- Stay current with the latest marketing automation trends, software certifications, and other trainings needed to perform at a high level.
**Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems or Computer Science.
Or have proven experience and capabilities to execute the duties and responsibilities listed above.
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience is required.
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation software, or strong aptitude to quickly become proficient in Eloqua, ON24, and other software as needed.
- Deep knowledge and expertise of Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, or other analytics and data visualization tools.
- Database management and CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience in graphical design using Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Proficient using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with others in-person or virtually in a face paced environment.
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills in English.

**Working Conditions
Working five day per week in a schedule from 7am to 4pm.
The employee has the benefit of Remote Office one day per week as long as the remote manager and the business requirement allow.
At this point traveling is not required, however this can change.
This person will report locally to the Marketing & Campaign Supervisor and report remotely to the Digital Marketing Director for the Discrete & Industrial business group.
Additionally, this person will be an integral part of the Campaign & Marketing Automation functional team and have a dotted reporting line to the Global Marketing Director for Emerson Automation Solutions Platform
