Functional Job Family Description: Assist production engineers, leaders and supervisors in the performance of assigned tasks. Nature and Overall Purpose of the Role Performed
Resolve routine technical problems.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES& TASKS- Data collection and identification of process areas and device improvements.
- Design assistance for upgraded and new equipment.
- Assisting in the procurement of process equipment.
- Supervision of process equipment installation and upgrade.
- Documentation of installation or upgrade.
- Supervision and documentation of process validations. Lead and execute validation process with minimum supervision.
- Documentation of process instructions.
- Documentation of process specifications and/or equipment parameters.
- Develop troubleshooting and document configuration routines.
- Train operators on setups and operations.
- Track setup times, cycle times and downtime for each new process improvement.
- Process and troubleshoot product problems.
- Respond to requests for technical support from the Development Engineering manufacturing group, concurrent and prioritized scheduling of planned technical efforts.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Lead problem solving to provide solution for equipment/process/material performance using engineering tools.

**Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in similar jobs that support your knowledge of the work area.
**Education**: Related technical degree or Advanced studying in Bachelor degree for engineering
