**Manufacturing Technician****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for executing and collecting information for Engineering Runs as required for the Manufacturing Engineer, including testing for tooling, fixturing, or process improvement.- Actively participate in daily production meetings and report to manufacturing engineers.- Support in-process activities and product development when instructed by the manufacturing engineer.- Incorporate pre-planned process improvements/cost reduction programs into manufacturing.- Collaborate and/or perform area equipment and process validations by validation procedures.- Perform in-process product testing by standard procedures.- Support in the investigation processes related to product or equipment failures.- Support in processes of changes to procedures.- Support in equipment, product, and engineering test validation processes.- Follow up to records of testing and reworks performed Any other tasks may be assigned to the employee once the training has been completed.- Follow-up and achievement to MCIs assigned.**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor of secondary education completed (Indispensable).- Electromechanical, electronic, industrial, or related Technician degree.- University Student in Electromechanical, electronic, industrial engineering, or related career.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Indispensable).- At least 2 years of experience in medical device companies working as a technician.- Knowledge of SolidWorks.- English basic - intermediate proficiency (oral expression, reading, and writing).- Interpretation of Quality Specification Drawings.- Interpretation of Mechanical and Electrical Drawings (desirable).- Focus on results using the appropriate means and resources to achieve them.- Skills: Ability to make decisions and work focused on exceeding expectations and being proactive and demonstrating leadership, Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication, and teamwork.- At Bayer, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
