**The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Plans/manages both programs and projects that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for Manufacturing Process related to Safety, Quality, Equipment or Talent.
- Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service.
- Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule.
- Assess risk and identify issues.
Monitor progress against schedule.
Coordinate resources with other functions.
- Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work.
- Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

**Qualifications**
**_Minimum Qualifications:_**:
- Bachelors or Licentiate Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electro mechanics, Industrial Production, Computer Engineering or related field of study.
- 5+ years of experience in a High Volume Manufacturing, as manager, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, or operational excellence; in teams responsible of accomplishing operational and technical objectives and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate to Advance English Level.

- Data analysis tools knowledge or experience, like JMP, SQL pathfinder, others.
- LEAN and Six Sigma Knowledge / experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency on manufacturing systems in a dynamic environment.
