**Main Purpose of Job**:
Under the direction of Manufacturing / New Product Introduction (NPI) or other technical managerial position and depending on the incumbent´s level of knowledge and Education, he/she will assist the engineers in projects related activities such as: documents preparation, documents translations, documents handling, BOMs creation, materials consumption studies, purchase requisitions creation, implementation or follow up of controls intended to support manufacturing processes, data analysis, validation protocols drafting and/or its execution for the purpose of equipment verification, equipment installation, operational/performance qualifications supported by a Manufacture Engineer.
**Responsibilities**:
- On behalf of the Engineer it is required to place Purchase Requisitions, Coordinate Trainings, quotations, follow up on the approval of documents and other logistics related activities.
- Collect process data for Engineering Test to assist in transfer, training, validation or other project related works under the guidance of a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Ensure at all times the order, correct identification and control of quantities of materials, consumables and spare parts needed for validations or tests while they are in production areas or in the Engineering and Quality Cages. Coordinate engineering materials handling as required.
- Perform inventories whenever prompted.
- Support in the execution of qualifications (IQs, OQs, PQs, PPQs) with an approved protocol, gather data and results for completing the corresponding report, under the guidance of a Manufacturing Engineer.
Knowledge / Education
- High School Diploma
- Studying an Engineering ,Technical related career or Science (such as Pharmacy, Microbiology, Physics and Chemistry)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Knowledge on ISO 13485:2016 and CFR 820 CGMPs
- Basic English will be considered a plus.
Work Experience
- 3 years in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices) occupying positions of growing responsibilities..
