And we will be better with you.What you'll do: As a Technical Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and strengthen partnerships in the foodservice space, supporting the sale of our top-shelf, value-added colors portfolio to world-class customers.
You will partner with our commercial team to bring custom solutions for a broad base of customers.
As a part of this dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!
You will act as technical expert of Sensient products and educate our customers on the value and usage of our products.
You will work with the full range of foodservice companies, ranging from direct brands to co-manufacturers, to position our products and technology.
You will ensure regulatory compliance in new product development.
You will communicate effectively with Lerma team to get the resources needed (applications, samples, stability reports) What you'll bring: A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
Success record of positioning highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
A strong technical background in QSR segment of the Food & Beverage industry.
The ability to navigate accounts and partner with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
A college degree in business or the sciences plus a minimum of 5 years' experience for this role.
Experience in development food such as beverages, confectionery, dairy, bakery and pet products.
