Our Global Supply Chain team plays a central part in ensuring our products are delivered to patients with cardiovascular disease and critical care needs. You'll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry. **How you will make an impact**:
- Plan, lead, and execute defined and focused (e.g., regional, functional) supply chain projects and/or activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables
- Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute supply chain projects and/or initiatives with limited complexity
- Identify and evaluate supply chain process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities
- Perform variety of analyses (e.g., limited global impact, product line) to drive supply chain strategies
**What you'll need (required)**:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field with 8 years o experience in Supply Chain.

- Proven successful project management skills
- Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite and related systems including JDE, Advanced Planning Systems working with Demand Flow methodology
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
- Extensive understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain including FDA and ISO laws and regulations
- Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members on specialized skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
- Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams
- Consult in a project setting within specific sections
