CSQ324R94Databricks is looking for a motivated Strategy and Planning Manager to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strat Ops team. We help build Learning & Enablement strategy, provide strategic analyses, and drive a data-driven decision making approach to our successful & fast-growing Learning business.You will use data and qualitative information to help Learning & Enablement Leadership manage the business. You will support essential aspects of our GTM design and annual planning process. You will help build our data and analytics foundation including executive reporting, health of business reviews, dashboards, and indicators. You will work with our Enablement, Finance, Data, Operations, and other GTM teams.
