The Project Manager is responsible to lead and manage Baxter initiatives utilizing industry standard Program Management principles. This role is responsible for large complex projects, medium programs or supporting large, complex programs, across multiple workstreams, from initiation to final implementation and ensure they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. The project manager is to facilitate actions to mitigate issues, identify risks and escalate as required. This role is required to work in collaboration with peers, direct reports, and key stakeholders.
