We are building best-in-class and thought-leading tools and programs to help rights owners protect their intellectual property and ensure that their brand and products are represented accurately, delivering the right experience to customers.
You will be responsible for managing a team of program managers that will perform investigations and deep dives into existing processes to facilitate enrollment of new brands, trademarks, users and benefits.
This role will support intellectual property verification efforts, research and audits aligned with the vision of creating the world's authoritative brand data store and the perfect brand interaction.
In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to establish new standards and guidelines to improve the brand experience on Amazon.
As advocates for brands, your team will be an essential part of a creating testing mechanisms where we will iterate, learn and eventually scale experiences that will provide the perfect support experience for our brands.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies, processes and tools to address product integrity challenges in collaboration with teams across Amazon.

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage small/medium sized team of program managers domestically and internationally
- Develop creative methods and process for improving core metrics based on process improvement findings
- Identify trends to influence and drive improvements to existing processes
- Provide support for the most complex engagements
- Accelerate customer adoption of new program features
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around brand services
- Work with internal and external teams to deliver results

Key job responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
- Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver.
- Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics.
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions.
- Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources.
- Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and product/engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood or documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.).
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks).
- Work with program managers, product managers, business leaders, and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects.
- Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager/owner mentality.

You will use data and anecdotes to drive improvements to the overall brand owner experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives.
You must be able to influence without authority, removing blockers for your team, and will be continuously learning about related programs within the organization.
