Bachelor's degree

The Partner Development Manager will build and execute operational process to identify high potential partners, for example advertising agencies, and build relationships with them at scale.
The partner manager will serve as a product specialist, driving scaled education efforts to help partners understand our performance advertising product solutions and best practices.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage a team of Partner Development Managers who will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of partners
- Build and execute SOPs (standard operating procedure) to drive partner education and growth at scale
- Track and monitor performance of partners against KPIs
- Understand performance products offered by Amazon Advertising and be able to articulate its benefits to external partners
About the team
This role is part of the Emerging Partner Development team.
The Emerging Partner Development team manages relationships with third party SaaS providers, media and eCommerce agencies to help advertisers (sellers, vendors etc.)
grow their business using Amazon Advertising products and services.
We act as a trusted advocate helping scale partners' use of all Amazon Advertising products worldwide through a comprehensive understanding of their business, solutions and goals and ensuring continued partner innovation and support is prioritized for Amazon customers.
This is fast-growing part of Amazon Advertising that works closely with product and other internal stakeholders.

- Experience Managing a business development or account management team
- Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of partners
- Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
