A background in corporate development, consulting or M&A integration.- Team player - versed in succeeding in a matrixed org that is diverse and high performing - with a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related finance experience- Proven experience in Finance, accounting, and business operations- Well versed & practical experience in agile delivery- Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills- Highly analytical, fact driven, and process-oriented mindset.- The ability to conduct meaningful analysis of financial data and translate the results into actionable messages and deliverables.- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proficient at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment to drive results.- Significant knowledge of accounting and enterprise processes.- The ability to challenge the status quo and develop mindshare to drive towards a common goal.- A combination of strong intellect, exceptional active listening skills, and creative problem-solving skills- Strong executive credibility, the ability to influence, and communicate effectively.
