In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.Your 'day to day'Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning- Facilitate strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization is prepared for the future. Identify and deploy Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot initiatives- Provide ITM consulting support to Business partner to design and evolve a holistic approach to developing the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviors required to deliver the Function strategy. Also leverages COE expertise when needed.- Collaborate with GTAD team to develop a sustainable talent attraction plans to build diverse pipelines for future needs and provide quarterly recruitment forecast to GTAD (Global Talent Acquisition Delivery)Talent, Performance Management and Development- Together with P&C Managers support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles in cluster/country- Drive performance culture enabling managers and employees to set expectations and goals, give and receive feedback and discuss professional development needs and career aspirations- Deploy leadership development programs to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the culture, effectively lead, engage and develop their teams.Who we're looking for- P&C key capabilities: data driven, business focused & experience led- Strong knowledge in Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Design- +10 years of experience understanding core P&C areas of intervention- Deep knowledge of talent management, Learning and Leadership development, Talent acquisition, performance management.What we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
