The Manager, Global Benefits within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) is a full-time permanent position (flexible location) reporting to the Director, Global Benefits.
The Global Benefits team is responsible for ensuring a globally consistent colleague experience in the provision, financing, delivery, and governance of benefits programs outside of the US, as well as leveraging the company's global benefits footprint to gather and interpret data to drive enterprise-wide strategy and decision-making.
The team also acts as a retirement center of excellence, providing consulting support on retirement programs to Colleague Total Reward and Wellbeing (CTRW) teams in local markets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic support of placement of insured benefits in the AMEXCO captive.
- Managing global broker relationship for insured employee benefits including maintenance of global benefits database.
- Ensure global benefits strategy reflects best practice for inclusivity, flexibility, and minimum standard provision by understanding and improving the 'moments that matter' in the careers of our colleagues.
- Oversight of process to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes related to benefits in international markets.
- Provide guidance on retirement strategy and support significant market-level retirement plan changes, including periodic retirement governance review.
Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with broad knowledge of HR processes and specialization in Benefits.
- Extensive knowledge of current market practice for retirement programs and insured benefits in major markets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with outstanding ability to translate complex technical ideas to different audiences.
- Demonstrated success working in a matrix structure deriving results through effective partnership, relationship building, and influencing.
- Effective vendor management: Coordination and management of the entire benefit function through multiple vendors and their internal teams.
