Workday's high-performance Data Quality team is passionate about helping Workday grow to $10B in revenue through accurate data at source used by Marketing and Sales leaders to drive our business! High quality data allows us to build innovative advanced machine learning models, provide actionable analytics and support data driven insights. About the Role

As a manager for the team, you will help establish and build up a new team in Costa Rica who's passionate about data quality for all our opportunities to ensure accurate data at source to drive compensation payments, reporting, analytics, and machine learning models. The role will have IC's reporting directly to you.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build a new impactful team- Manage and lead talent- Manage a team with IC's- Define SLAs and report on performance on regular basis- Collaborate closely with key partners such as Deal Management and Finance teams- Identify areas of improvement for system, process or enablement and work with relevant Workmates to motivate change- Detailed oriented and dedicated to data quality and accuracy

Como gerente del equipo, ayudarás a establecer y conformar un nuevo equipo en Costa Rica apasionado por la calidad de los datos para todas nuestras oportunidades y con el fin de garantizar datos precisos en el origen para impulsar los pagos de compensación, la generación de informes, analítica y los modelos de aprendizaje automático. La función tendrá supervisores que dependerán directamente de ti.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Construir un nuevo equipo de gran impacto.
- Gestionar y liderar el talento.
- Gestionar un equipo con supervisores.
- Definir los acuerdos de nível de servicio e informar resultados periódicamente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con las principales partes interesadas, como los equipos de Gestión de Acuerdos y Finanzas.
- Identificar las áreas de mejora para el sistema, el proceso o la habilitación y trabajar con los Workmates pertinentes para motivar el cambio.
- Prestar atención a los detalles y comprometerse con la calida y precisión de los datos.

About You

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of professional experience- 3+ years of managerial experience- 3+ years of shown experience managing a team in a global matrix

Other Qualifications- Motivational leader- Experience in the B2B SaaS space preferred- Experience in building up new teams- Experience in a Sales or Marketing Operations/Analytics function preferred- Experience with Salesforce- SOX and Audit compliance experience- Strong collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling skills- Experience working with SLAs
