The Cloud Team is developing a repeatable methodology to drive transformation within our enterprise environments and accelerate AWS maturity.
The complexities associated with the enterprise require a higher touch experience that assure efforts across numerous business units and geographies are both scalable and consistent.
The Cloud Engineering Manager is at the center of scaling delivery, ensuring teams follow a unified process, can coordinate large scale projects, and is measured in their approach to coach others to lead AWS maturity.
What You'll Do- You'll manage strategy, vision and roadmap to continuously improve cloud engineering- You'll simplify the path from zero to production for our engineers, abstracting their intent from irrelevant implementation details- You'll own and improve self-service capabilities by transforming infrastructure automation as products- You'll manage infrastructure provisioning workflows and guardrails to maintain compliance- You'll promote contribution to automation products through innersource community- You'll manage, mentor and develop an engineering team- You'll create development goals and learning paths to nurture, grow and develop talent in the team

What You Have (Qualifications)- Bachelors or Masters n Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience- 10+ years of diverse IT experience- 5+ years of software development experience in Cloud- A proven track record of technical leadership and have managed cross-functional teams to design, develop and ship software products- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodologies preferred- AWS certification preferred
