Description Snap Finance is seeking a Manager of Operations to lead our Consumer Service LTO business unit.This position will manage the Consumer experience on internal groups and with external vendors through strategic leadership, daily operational management, and continuous process improvement.This role will be reporting to the Director of Consumer Care.The Job...Have a collaborative relationship with Resource Management, Accounting, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D, PIPD, and the Technology department to drive operational performance.Plan and collaborate with leadership, clear and measurable goals that align with the company's vision.Effectively prioritize departmental deliverables.
Direct and be accountable for change management within your departments.Anticipate and mitigate risk by conducting assessments across the departments to determine if the plans meet stakeholder requirements and will achieve strategic objectives.Identify core problems or opportunities within business processes.
Provide suggestions/solutions to our PI/PD department to partner on potential resolutions.Help your team members to refine their individual departmental skills and behaviors.
Provide opportunities to help close their skill gaps.You...Have 2+ years of experience operating in leadership roles and collaborating with the BPOs.History track of top performance.Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze problems systematically to make informed, critical decisions quickly.Have experience influencing leadership and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives.Be highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity and competing priorities.Naturally display team building, motivation, and conflict-resolving qualities.
