Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in digital advertising
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoy working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
- Excellent customer service judgement with high commitment to customer success
- Experience working cross-functionally and with employees with different skill sets
- Adaptable and quick to learn new skills, processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

A day in the life
The leader of this team will be expected to own their business and the needs of their customers in relation to campaign management.
Managers of Campaign Execution Managers (CXMs) develop internal working relationships, and are skilled project and/or program managers, delivering quantifiable service improvements in line with customer needs.
They develop high performing teams with clear goals to ensure team success, and partner closely with creative management, account management and design leadership to deliver results that matter to customers.
Leaders in this team have direct accountability for continuously improving customer satisfaction and efficiency of our teams.
As result, they establish partnerships with the Amazon teams that create our products and provide input to their roadmaps to help improve experiences for customers.

About the team
Amazon Ads is looking for an experienced Manager for our new Campaign Execution Management team.
Campaign Execution Managers (CXMs) provide efficient and accurate campaign management while identifying opportunities to continuously improve our workflows and implement best practices across teams.
This means diving deep on campaign management workflow improvements, analyzing defects and developing programs to fix root causes, and developing scalable mechanisms to deliver results.
- Digital advertising experience and expertise in related ad specifications, file formats and technologies
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool and/or Business Intelligence tools will be a plus.
- Conversational Spanish, French, German, Italian or Dutch a plus
