Job responsibilities:

- Drive New Sales from prospective Healthcare & Higher Education clients and grow existing customers with annual revenue of $250M+ in a multi-state region
- Achieve Sales Charge Volume targets
- Execute advanced-level, strategic B2B sales
- Sell core American Express solutions
- Spend significant time on prospecting, ensuring implementation of accounts, and managing new signings through the first 13 months of Booked Charge Volume
- Sell with integrity and appropriately track prospect data to ensure a coordinated and consistent client experience, in alignment with compliance and internal partner business requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven success in an advanced level, consultative sales position is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years outside sales experience in a B2B sales environment with previous experience selling to large enterprise level clients a plus.
Preferred experience includes: Payments, Fintech, e-commerce, healthcare.
- Experience in moving a prospect through all sales cycles: from generating leads through aggressive cold calling, fostering the relationship, uncovering the needs, delivering the value, closing the business, negotiating agreements, and implementing a successful program.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Heavy cold calling experience required.
