Manager Assistant-For Small Luxury Hotel

Small high-end remote nature lodge seeks Assistant Manager. This is an extremely hands on job for an organized and versatile team player with excellent people skills and good problem-solving skills. Lodge is situated in the southern zone Golfo Dulce-Osa Peninsula Region.

Requirements:
• 100% fluency in Spanish AND English.
• Solid experience in Hotel Administration.
• Passion and proven experience with Sustainable Tourism and/or environmental conservation
• Strong and proven knowledge/skills in daily administration, bookkeeping, guest service and hotel operations with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Experience managing equipment & supplies purchases and budgets & cost control.
• Demonstrated skills in Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc).
• Remote living experience.
• Must be able to work under pressure and give excellent attention to numerous details.
Desirable Qualities:
• Additional foreign language fluency
