You will be the process SME supporting the team developing their process knowledge and guiding them through complex cases. You will also set daily objectives, prioritize, and allocate the work among the team members to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded. _**Key Activities **& Accountabilities**- _ Leads a team of 2-3 Supervisors including coaching, talent development and HR related tasks_- _ Manages day to day operation of I2P Processing team, setting on-going individual and team objectives, prioritizing work, and optimizing resources to meet or exceed SLA's _- _Ensures all core processes are documented with risk and control points clearly identified _- _Handles internal and external escalations (vendors & stakeholders), and maintain a high rate of customer satisfaction_- _ Serves as a Business Partners with addressing actions to ensure prompt issues resolution and timely payment_- _ Support the team as the process SME to develop the staff process knowledge and provide guidance when working through complex cases_**About Stryker
