The role is key inside the supplies team on MPS, resource is going to be able to work on daily orders for our customers and manage daily escalations, analysis and improvement of root causes of the escalations received with an excellent soft skills and time management, as well needs to have a good communication with our stationers to solve any issues on delays, labels, etc also provide accurate forecast based on shipments historical data. Another important part of the role is configure internal systems ensuring orders are flowing between systems properly based on the automation that is key as we handled more than 10 000 orders per day.

Key players on the different projects and new ideas on the team, as they have a good end to end knowledge of the operation, need to have a good communication and team work in order to make it happen and involve the rest of the team on their projects
