**Maintenance Tooling Engineer 1**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for performing Complex troubleshooting, mechanisms analysis and precision adjustment for production machines.
- Troubleshoots quality problems on machines to identify root causes of deviant parts and performs necessary repairs to ensure quality specifications.
- Optimize lifecycle of production equipment and reduce costs by improving availability.
- Design and develop tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality performance in processes.
- Development prototypes and testing for new designs carrying out quality assurance tests on those new designs.
- Responsible for managing the fabrication of component and assembly fixtures required to complete prototype fabrication.
- Proven experience in reading and interpreting complex mechanical, technical drawings.
- Uses CAD software to analyze existing tooling designs and improve on them.
- Create and update the documentation for equipment design changes.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures to prevent accidents, illness, and environmental hazards.
- Escalate unsafe acts or conditions observed in the work area.
***Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or other related engineering field.
- Intermediate English
- Solid precision mechanics background.
- 2+ Years related experience in design and Fixtures development.
- knowledge in CNC.
- knowledge in CAM is a plus.
- CAD software knowledge is a must (Auto Cad and solid works).
- Working knowledge of precision mechanics, precision adjustments, electrical (basic), Mechanic, wiring, equipment repair.
- Ability to complete projects on time and to specification.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Windchill software experience is a plus.
- Administrative Shift (onsite)
