**What you'll do**:
- Conduct moderately complex financial analyses and reports for department management
- Prepare and analyze major financial forecasts. May be assigned analyses in support of organizations annual budget process, expense/service fee/staffing forecasts, or statistical reporting
- Analyze and track process improvement initiatives related to M&A Integration cost tracking
- Participate in value-added planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
**What experience you need**:
- English proficiency B2 or above
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a finance/accounting-related capacity
- 1+ Financial systems knowledge in either Oracle Hyperion Planning / Essbase, Oracle Projects/Time and Labor, OBIE
- 2 + years Excel or Google Sheets experience
- 6 month - 1 year basic knowledge in accounting GAAP principles (Accrual based accounting, cost amortization, expense recognition)
**What could set you apart**:
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or Integration
- Experience with leadership communication - digesting, compiling, and presenting data
- Technology Finance experience including preparation and presentation of complex business cases
