In this role, you will be part of Assembly Test Manufacturing Logistics (ATML) Transportation Operation (TO) with primary focus to support Costa Rica site as the Transportation Commodity Manager.
You will be accountable to manage Transportation Operations primarily for Costa Rica/US region and across ATML sites by leveraging suppliers in meeting all required indicators and fulfillment of stakeholders and customer requirements tied to Transportation Operations.
**As the Transportation Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to**:
Manage ATML-wide transportation responsibilities for Finished Goods (FG) primarily for Costa Rica/US/Canada based customers and be the contact point for your Asia peers aligned with Follow The Sun Model.
Manage Cross Sites ATM/Business Unit, internal, external stakeholders in addressing and fulfilling Transportation Operational requirements.
Partner with Finished Goods TO peers in ensuring CR/US based Finished Goods Transportation indicators such as Customer Data Metric (CDM), Top 10 Customers and Proof Of Delivery (POD) meets goal with solid governance process in place.
Provide support and align with Local Account Manager (LAM) in managing Transportation operation in meeting all customer requirement, indicators, development of back up freight suppliers, etc.
Develop Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) on ATML Transportation Operations business/operational/stakeholder requirements.
Drive and manage DH LLP (On Site Manager, Control Tower, On Site Supervisor) in meeting ATML TO requirements from KPI, stakeholders, perspective.
Build knowledge in upcoming Global Logistics Operations (GLO) Digitization programs such as TMS, Control Tower FG and leverage DHL LLP, Freight Supplier in enabling the program goal for ATML TO.
Forward Looking in driving industry transportation best practices/benchmarking to our LLP and freight suppliers.
Utilizes analytical and advanced emerging skills (which may include automation, Artificial Intelligence) to help solve and drive Intel's business execution and solutions.
**Qualifications**
**_Minimum Qualifications:_**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and data analytics (Power BI, Tableau or alternative data analytics tools).
Advanced English Level.
Flexible to work across different time zones to support business objectives.
Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.
**_Preferred Qualifications:_**
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain or Business Analytics.
Logistics or Supply Chain related experience.
Sound knowledge on transportation operations, customers/stakeholder management, ability to perform in a high paced dynamic environment.
