We are seeking a Carrier Account Manager (Data Analyst) who is fluent in Portuguese for our Costa Rica Office to solve some of the most complex and interesting problems in the industry. **Requirements**:

- Degree in finance, business, or logistics and supply chain
- 2+ years experience building customer relationships
- Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective management of simultaneous, diverse projects
- Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and meaning in information
- Excellent time management skills
- Effectively communicate with clients and team members
